You can trade with people who have owned furniture, have no use for it, got it in the wrong colour, (That's always THE WORST) simply bought it to trade, or have made it themselves.
You can also find information about the selected product under the information bar, it will tell you if it has been used, any animals who might have been on it, how old it is, the exact pigmentation, the place to pick it up, if the pick up spot is in your area, (Area is categorised by state.) and the kind of item it is.
